Effective for purchases made from Centrownillow.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. To ensure a fair and smooth shopping experience, please read the following return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned whether unused or used, as long as they are still in good and acceptable condition and include the original packaging where possible.
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the issue is caused by our error (for example: wrong item shipped, item damaged during delivery, or missing parts that were our responsibility).
  • Proof of purchase is required for every return or refund request.
  • If the product is returned in poor condition, heavily damaged not due to our error, or missing essential parts not caused by us, we may deny the refund or offer only a partial refund.
  • Returns for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, incorrect order by the customer, or other personal reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be approved.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • After 30 days, we cannot guarantee that a return or refund will be processed.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer support at centrow.nillow@gmail.com and include your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. We will reply with instructions and the return shipping address if applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during return shipment. Keep proof of postage until your return is processed.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund request.
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 (seven) business days after your request is received and the returned item is confirmed eligible.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our mistake, we will gladly replace it with the correct item or send a new one. Please contact our customer service to arrange the exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at centrow.nillow@gmail.com and include photos or other proof of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter through replacement, refund, or exchange depending on the case.
